End User License Agreement

Agreement Overview

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Chorum regarding your use of the Chorum mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using Chorum, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the application.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Chorum grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Chorum app on your mobile device
• Use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the social media features and services provided

This license does not grant you any rights to the source code, proprietary algorithms, or underlying technology of the Chorum application.

Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the app for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Upload or share content that violates our community guidelines
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense your access to the application

Ownership

Chorum's Intellectual Property

Chorum and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the application, including all intellectual property rights. This includes but is not limited to:

• Software code and architecture
• User interface and design elements
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• Documentation and help materials

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Chorum. However, by posting content, you grant Chorum a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the application for the purpose of providing the social media service.

User Conduct

As a user of Chorum, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Respect other users and the community guidelines
• Report any bugs, security vulnerabilities, or inappropriate content
• Use the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Violation of these conduct requirements may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

Updates and Modifications

App Updates

Chorum may periodically update the application to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device, depending on your device settings.

EULA Modifications

We may modify this EULA from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of the application after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE CHORUM APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHORUM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content
• Warranties that the app will be free from viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHORUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Costs of procurement of substitute services
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service

IN NO EVENT SHALL CHORUM'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF THE APPLICATION IS FREE).

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting the application from your device and discontinuing use of the service.

Termination by Chorum

We may terminate this EULA and your access to the application at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate any terms of this agreement.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately. Provisions regarding ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law will survive termination.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington, DC.

Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of this EULA will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Chorum, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Chorum concerning the application and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications regarding these matters.
